Why Pick Embroidery?

Embroidery can be applied to most garments, from polos and caps, to corporate shirts , winter wear jumpers and jackets, hiviz workwear and catering. The embroidery thread we use is a high-grade polyester that is durable and will withstand hundreds of washes. On top of that, we have a huge selection of coloured thread, so we can match most colours to the embroidery thread ensuring your branding is seamless.

How Much Does Embroidery Cost?

The cost of embroidery depends on the size and detail of the logo and the quantity of garments being embroidered. Send your logo to us for an embroidery quote. A one-off set-up fee applies to embroidery orders.

What file format do I need to supply for embroidery?

Ideally a Vector file like EPS or Adobe Illustrator, or a Hi-Res file like PNG or Jpg.

Can I supply my own goods for embroidery or printing?

Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own goods. Also, feel free to browse through our supplier’s catalogue, for an extensive range of products to select from.

What information do you need in order to send me a quotation?

It would help us to give you a more accurate quote if you could

  • Send us a digital copy of your logo
  • Mention how big and where you want it to be embroidered?
  • How many pieces you’d like embroidered?

The requirements for personalisation orders are also similar, in that, knowing how big you would like the embroidery to be for example on a bag, towel, sash, etc., and how many pieces you would like to get embroidered, would help us in giving you a more accurate quote.

Are There Minimum Quantities?

There are no minimum quantities for embroidery & Printing. 

Discounts apply for larger orders.

How do I order?

Do you Embroider logos?

Yes, we do! There is a one-off payment of approx $80 to set up your logo, after which it starts from $10 per logo depending on quantity and logo number of stitches. Setups take 5-7 working days on average.

How long does an Embroidery & Printing projects take?

Most Orders take 2-3 weeks depending on the current workload.

We will always try our best to push through the more urgent jobs when possible.

What are your payment options?

We require a 30% deposit on orders & bank deposit is preferred.

Balance due on completion

Do We Deliver?

We encourage local pickup if possible but do have Australia Post and Couriers available
